I feel good this morning and I was just thinking of my end results…how will I look and feel then? I can’t wait cause I know I will do awesome! I can sure tell you that my aipermon helps a lot cause when ever I forget to wear it I feel as if I’m missing something so, I hope that when this device was invented they had that in mind. It’s a constant reminder of the commitment I made to myself and not having it on is like I’m being disloyal to my own promises so, if I happen to forget it I put it on as soon as I can get to it. I will keep posting my success and hardships along my way to a healthier new me so, keep checking me out cause “I’ll be back”!
